**About the position**

As a Transportation Administrative Clerk, you will work closely with the Transportation and Logistics Department team. You will be responsible for:

- Ensure the validity of the transportation rates from the customers to the systems (JDE)
- Correct transportation errors in the JDE system and approve transportation invoices
- Manage the H-Channel external carrier portal
- Ensure smooth and cost-effective trade with our assigned customers, resellers, distributors, and suppliers

**To accomplish this role**
- You have relevant experience in an administrative role
- You have a good knowledge of the Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You have a good ability to manage several files at once
