**Reporting to the Cornerstone C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following**:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
- Provide prompt, personalized, Legendary Service to all of our members and guests
- Ensure that all members and guests are completely satisfied with their shopping experience
- Assist with:
- Leading the operational team to drive the growth of revenue and productivity
- Effectively and efficiently managing the development and direction of the reporting team members
- Ensuring high quality guest service is delivered to internal and external guests at all times
- Overseeing the sales, margins, expenses, inventory, and sales for department
- Ensuring the department is displaying, stocking, and rotating merchandise as per company policy and standard

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service:
- You have a grade 12 or combination of relevant experience; Experience in the CRS would be considered an asset
- You are able to work unsupervised, plan and organize your own work and the work of others
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
- You have experience with C-Store/Gas Bar Operations and general merchandise
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
- Must be willing to obtain propane dispenser & WHMIS certifications
- You have strong analytical and problem -solving skills, are an effective planner, and have superb time management skills
- You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
