**Responsibilities**:
1. Tree Maintenance: Assist arborists in pruning, trimming, and shaping trees to ensure their health and safety.
2. Tree Planting: Help plant new trees in designated areas, following proper planting techniques and protocols.
3. Tree Health Assessment: Learn to identify signs of disease, pests, or other issues affecting tree health, and assist in implementing appropriate treatments.
4. Equipment Maintenance:Assist in the maintenance and care of tools, machinery, and equipment used for tree care operations.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
6. Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and community members while on-site.
Qualifications:
- Passion for the outdoors and a genuine interest in trees.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from senior arborists.
- Physical stamina and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
