**Job Summary**:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for performing a variety of technical job functions related to the assembly and testing of Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps and related components for use in our ESP & HPS product lines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, inspect and disassemble components of electric submersible and horizontal pumps.
- Test performance of completed pumping equipment to Borets Canada specifications.
- Maintain and update results related to various testing procedures.
- Read and understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and product manuals.
- Set up and operate equipment as per specifications and instructions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
- Additional duties as outlined by manager or supervisor.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in assembly of mechanical equipment, including power/hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Capable of reading various instruments and blue prints.
- Quality first attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shop environment with exposure to elements such as noise, dust and odors.
- Comply with all HSE requirements and Borets Canada Ltd. policies.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Artificial lift &/or ESP equipment knowledge and experience will be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
