**Assembly Technician**

The Assembly Technician is responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of all product assembly work orders, and product testing to meet customer delivery requirements.

**Primary Job Duties**
- Maintains safe operations at all times and ensure all regulatory and company QHSE standards and practices are adhered to.
- Responsible for ensuring all company quality, safety, procedures are followed
- Plans work by studying work orders, bill of materials, and specifications.
- Stage/pick all parts and components required prior to assembly all work orders
- Assemble, pressure test, and paint all product/assemblies as per established procedures
- Complete all required Quality System Procedures and documentation
- Package products for shipment
- Shipping and receiving of products
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives as directed by management
- Assists with preventative maintenance program on all machinery;
**Responsibilities**
- Practice workplace professionalism
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Start all shifts and end-all breaks punctually
- Accurately interpret and carry out directions from work orders and verbal instructions
- Operate lifting devices and forklifts
- Fill out quality forms
- Maintain high-quality standards
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines assigned by management
- Routinely lift and move materials up to 50lbs, perform physically repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and be a team player
- Steel-toed safety boots required
- Perform general labor shop/warehouse duties as requested by supervisor.

**Experience Qualifications and Related Skills or Requirements**:

- Mechanically Inclined
- Previous experience with assembly and testing of mechanical assemblies or components
- Previous experience with assembly of BOP’, Tubing Rotators, and Stuffing Boxes preferred
- Previous Experience with pressure testing preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Hours of Work (Day Shift): 6:00 a.m. - 4:30pm p.m. Monday-Thursday
