Chi Chop is a Taiwanese-inspired cuisine that features flavorful, fresh dishes that deliver an unforgettable experience. We revolve our business around the goal of providing our customers with quality food and service. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the Chi Chop team.

**Positions available**:

- Kitchen Staff/Fry Cook
- Cashier

**Job requirements**:

- No previous work experience required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
- Food handlers certification is an asset

**Responsibilities and duties may include (but not limited to)**:

- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, or deep-fat fryers
- Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity
- Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions

**Operating hours & availability**:

- Ability to work variable hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Opening shifts start as early as 11:30am and closing shifts end as late as 12:30am

**Education**:

- Highschool or equivalent

**Language**:

- Fluent in English
- Mandarin is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
