**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The Technical Services Professional intern will be responsible for the following:

- Monitors daily and month-end batch processing and daily and month-end reruns
- Executes first level problem determination
- Fixes system abends, when required
- Engage 2nd level support
- Execution of management escalation
- Cognizant of Service Level Triggers to ensure problems resolved prior to exposure
- Works both independently and with the team to complete the daily tasks and uses problem management and communication skills to resolve both customer and supplier related issues.
- Works on a rotating shift schedule, i.e., night shift and day shift
- This role is currently remote but will require in person attendance once it's safe to do so at the Markham Kyndryl office location.

**NOTE**: this is a 1 year full time internship - only open to University students who are looking to gain real work experience.

- Host and Distribution Technical Environment Support Skills
- Application Programming skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Communications Skills
- Exposure to monitoring software and tools
- Co-op or internship program enrollment is mandatory

- Ready to embrace Legacy Technology
