**About the Role**

As the **Finance & Accounting Administrator**, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance and Accounting team in the monthly cheque printing process and verifying charity EFT bank information.

**Responsibilities**
- Coming into the office to complete monthly cheque process, which includes printing and mailout
- Completing additional input and printing of manual cheques
- Coordinating with the Finance & Accounting Manager on manual and exception cheques
- Completing the returned cheque process, including the recordkeeping and semi-annual reconciliation (re-sending out cheques) using Salesforce
- Conducting the monthly cheque reconciliation Maintaining, Extracting and uploading reports relating to the cheque disbursement
- Verifying bank account details related to charity registration or change of bank
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Must be willing to come into the office during the first 5-7 business days of the month to print out cheques
- Minimum commitment of 1 year
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with Salesforce or any CRM tool an asset
- Education - High school and/or above with an Accounting background
- Experience with SAP Business One or any accounting system an asset
