**Responsibilities**:

- Compile, analyze and evaluate cash flow forecasts to support key business activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Provide oversight of weekly and monthly review of transactions and work with various internal and external stakeholders, and be the first touchpoint for issues and resolutions
- Lead accounts payables and accounts receivables activities, implement continuous improvement in operational efficiency
- Lead monthly reconciliation of different categories of assets
- Frequent communication with Finance-operation team to ensure smooth transaction flow
- Participate in process improvements to streamline the monthly financial closing process
- Assist in the year-end financial statements audit and other regulatory audits
- Assist in internal controls implementation and review, including developing new controls as required
- Ad-hoc reporting and tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of directly related work experience in general accounting, experience in financial service industry is a plus
- Has a college diploma or university degree in Business or Accounting
- Completion of CPA designation or in the process
- Experience using the Quickbooks is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent proficiency with Excel
- Strong problem-solver with attention to detail
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has the desire to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as demonstrable leadership qualities
