The LINC program offers a variety of language, settlement, and essential skills training and support services in a range of modalities to help students develop language proficiency, settlement knowledge, and essential skills. Numerous Work Integrated Learning activities provide additional learning opportunities while allowing students to make a meaningful contribution to the community and preparing them for further education or employment.

**HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
- Support instructors by helping students with physical disabilities access the material.
- Support students in accessing a variety of specialized supports and programming.
- Monitor and report to classroom teacher on student progress on a regular basis.
- Support the delivery of student learning events, settlement sessions, digital navigation/digital literacy workshops, basic computer skills sessions, and other training and educational activities.
- Preform other inclusion focused, operational, and promotional duties as assigned.
- On campus presence required.
- Position is not responsible for, and should not participate in planning, preparing, designing, or developing curricular materials, which is the role of instructors, as is classroom management of all students, including students with disabilities.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Diploma or certificate in a related field.
- 3+ years of related experience or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience supporting students with disabilities and others towards student community inclusion and academic independence an asset.
- Experience in an ESL adult educational setting an asset.

- Well-developed organization skills, clear communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

**SALARY**:$1,890-$2,456 biweekly ($49,129-$63,854 annually) reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is full time term position until March 31, 2025 with immediate access to our great benefit programs.
