Kindersley, Canada Baytex Energy Ltd. Full time

Baytex has an excellent opportunity for a full-time contractor as a **Plant Operator**. This position will support the day to day operations of the sour gas plant, troubleshooting and optimization of the plant’s processes located in the Kindersley, SK area (accommodations are available).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge in compressor and maintenance repair.
- Data collection and balancing data into Production Manager.
- Field consists of oil and gas wells.
- Work schedule will require 10-hour shift work, 8 on 6 off. Willingness to work emergency call-outs as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role within gas plant operations.
- Ability to communicate well with others.
- Identifies problems and develops solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid H2S Alive, WHMIS and First Aid Certificates would be an asset.
