**"Skills and Responsibilities**:
Prior knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Html and XML
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Insurance Domain (Personal Lines or Commercial Lines).
Minimum 7+ years' experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies. Working experience in Agile methodology.
Experience in preparing Business Requirements and Process documentation.
Good understanding of Insurance business functions; gathering information; Coordination with all the stakeholders and tracking the deliveries.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Operating knowledge of JIRA tool for Agile deliveries.
