Crescent Mechanical is seeking a highly motivated **Maintenance Coordinator**, to join our growing team, to facilitate a wide range of contractual work in the Burlington / Hamilton / Stoney Creek area, servicing primarily the Steel Industry.

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

Salary Type: Hourly

Starting Wage: $20-25 per Hour - Based on experience

About the Job:
Reporting directly to the regional manager, the coordinator will be responsible for the following:

- Answer business calls.
- Coordinate jobsite requirements with our sales team, regional manager, and project manager.
- Create schedules using Excel. Must be proficient with excel.
- Communicate all schedules and last-minute schedule changes with all our tradesmen and managers.
- Verify all service reports are submitted weekly from tradesmen.
- Database all service reports weekly.
- Data input payroll hours weekly. Must be proficient with basic math skills.
- Filing and organizing employee files
- Filing and organizing accounts receivable.
- Issue past due notices to appropriate customers.
- Issue commission statements.
- Invoicing. QuickBooks experience preferred but willing to train.
- Issuing purchase orders.

Skills and Experience Required:

- High School Diploma.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate contractors and vendors in a large-scale industrial or mining environment.
- Experience working in heavy industrial maintenance or fabrication facilities.
- Supervisory experience in a mechanical or electrical capacity is an asset
- Trade experience is an asset
- Must have strong communication skills with co-workers and supervisors.
- Must be able to read, write, and fluently speak English.
- Must possess a valid “G” class license with the province of Ontario.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
