**ABOUT THE POSITION**

Merit Contacting is seeking a Skilled Full-Time worker who is willing to learn and grow with our company.

As a Traffic Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and directing vehicular and pedestrian traffic to ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and people within designated areas. Your responsibilities will include implementing traffic control measures, coordinating with relevant authorities, and maintaining a keen awareness of safety regulations.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Traffic Management**: Direct and control vehicular and pedestrian traffic in accordance with established safety protocols and regulations.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with drivers, pedestrians, and other relevant personnel to convey traffic instructions and updates.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Monitor and enforce compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations. Report any traffic incidents, violations, or emergencies promptly to the appropriate authorities.
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be punctual and reliable to work full time hours
- Must have moderate to knowledgeable level of skilled work experience.

Compensation will be determined by experience.

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
