**Detail Technician**

Charlesglen Toyota - Alberta’s Celebration Destination, family-owned and operated, and one of the largest dealerships in Calgary is looking for an experienced, driven, customer-focused, highly organized individual who is passionate about the automotive industry and can join us and make an immediate impact.

**Schedule**

8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturday.

**What you get to do**

Detail Technician is responsible for the cleaning and detailing of external customer and internal dealership vehicles. Excellent attention to detail cleaning and customer service skills will define you as an individual who does what is right for the customer and contributes to our dealership’s strategic customer service focus. Continuous improvement of your skills by participating in the Dealership and Manufacturer’s educational opportunities is key to your growth with our Team.
- Learn our proven detailing processes. Paint protection film install, undercoating and chemical paint protection.
- Deal with or report to Dealership management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership.
- Perform all tasks and duties, assigned to the role, as they pertain to the Safety Management System and as requested by management.
- Notify the Service Manager or Service Advisors immediately if further detail work is required, requested detail work not required, or if details cannot be completed in the time allotted.
- Document all work performed through the use of the PBS work order system
- Maintain shop areas in a neat orderly manner and account for all dealership owned tools and equipment
- Willingly maintain appropriate certifications and update product and technical knowledge on a regular basis.
- Demonstrate responsible, punctual, honest and motivated behaviors while contributing to a safe working environment and positive work culture for all.

**What you bring to us**
- Knowledge of PBS is an asset but not required
- Self-motivated, Highly Organized and a Team Player
- Excellent Oral, Written & Listening skills.
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
