Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team at our salon. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients. Your expertise in front desk operations, retail sales, and customer service will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our clients.

**Duties**:

- Perform eyelash extension services with precision and attention to detail
- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash style and length
- Educate clients on proper aftercare for maintaining their lash extensions
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in retail sales techniques to promote products and services
- Knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and styles
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Must hold a valid cosmetology or esthetician license in
