**Job Summary**: Silken Lum Beauty Bar is seeking a skilled and dedicated Eyelash Extension Technician to join our team of beauty professionals. As an Eyelash Extension Technician at Silken Lum, you will have the opportunity to enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence through expertly applied eyelash extensions. You will play a key role in creating a luxurious and relaxing experience for our clients while upholding Silken Lum's commitment to excellence in beauty services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look, assess their natural lashes, and recommend suitable extension styles and lengths.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare techniques to maximize the longevity of their eyelash extensions and maintain their health and integrity.
- Stay informed about the latest eyelash extension trends, techniques, and products to continually refine your skills and offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station, following Silken Lum's strict hygiene protocols and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive customer service, personalized recommendations, and a friendly demeanor.
- Assist with booking appointments, managing client inquiries, and processing payments as needed.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals at Silken Lum to provide comprehensive beauty services and create a seamless client experience.
- Uphold Silken Lum's values of professionalism, integrity, and inclusivity in all interactions with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Eyelash Extension Technician or certification from a reputable training program.
- Proficiency in various eyelash extension techniques, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for precision in lash styling and placement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively consult with clients and understand their needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations.
- Knowledge of eye anatomy, lash health, and safety practices related to eyelash extensions.
- Willingness to uphold Silken Lum's standards of excellence and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
