**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct laser hair removal and other laser treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Sanitate equipment and treatment areas before and after each session to maintain hygiene standards.
- Educate clients on pre
- and post-treatment care to optimize results.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products based on individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques, technologies, and safety protocols related to laser treatments.
- Schedule client appointments and collect payment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a medical spa.
- Familiarity with laser technologies is a plus.
- Experience in retail sales is advantageous for product recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sanitized work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Certification or training in laser technology is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to undergo training is essential.
