Principales responsabilités:
- Effectuer une analyse de l'environnement de la capacité bilingue interne.- Définir des critères pour la désignation de postes bilingues.- Assurer la liaison avec les équipes de ressources humaines et des portefeuilles / équipes internes afin d'analyser les besoins en postes bilingues selon les critères définis.- Élaborer une stratégie comprenant un plan de communication et des recommandations afin de parvenir à une capacité bilingue interne adéquate par portefeuille / équipe.

Voici ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir:
Formation et expérience- Plusieurs années d’université ou de college- Expérience avec MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Connaissances et compétences- Capacité à communiquer clairement, à travailler en équipe et de manière indépendante.- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale.- Capacité à apprendre rapidement- Bilinguisme anglais / français (un test sera effectué pour évaluer le niveau de français)- Connaissance de la loi sur les services en français et des communautés francophones- Compétences en gestion de projet- Expérience en recherche et en analyse de données

Here is what you will be doing:
- Conduct an environmental scan of internal bilingual capacity.- Define criteria to designate bilingual positions.- Liaise with Human Resources and internal portfolio / teams to analyze the needs of bilingual positions according to defined criteria.- Develop a strategy including a communication plan and recommendations to reach adequate internal bilingual capacity by portfolio / team.

Here is what you will need to be successful:
Education and Experience- Some university or college- Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Knowledge and Skills- Ability to communicate clearly, work in a team, and independently.- Excellent written/oral communication skills.- Ability to learn quickly.- Bilingualism English / French (a test will be conducted to evaluate French level ability)- Knowledge of the FLS Act and Francophone communities- Project management skills- Research and data analysis experience.
