Automotive Parts Associate

The Parts Associate receives, inspects, sorts and maintains inventory of vehicle parts.
**Major Areas of Responsibility**:
- Receives deliveries and allocates parts accordingly.
- Notifies member of the Department of deliveries.
- Return damaged or incorrect parts using appropriate form and documentation.
- Match parts to appropriate invoices and/or packing slips.
- Files invoices and maintains part records.
- Support Shipping and Receiving as needed
- Support Parts running as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive work environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
