**Responsibilities**:
Develop and manage project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security operations, development, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success.

Identify and manage project risks and ensure that mitigation plans are in place. Responsible for the execution of mitigation plans

Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.

Communicate project status and progress to senior management and stakeholders
- both internally and externally

Mentor and lead project teams, including cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and consultants.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Project Management.

PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are an asset.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and regulations, including NIST, ISO, and PCI-DSS is an addition.

Organized with attention to detail.

Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
