**Overview**

Been there, Cleaned that is expecting significant growth throughout 2024. Though growth is never a guarantee in business, we have a program in place to scale rapidly throughout Q1 & Q2. A key component of the program is the addition of our Independent Contractor program. We believe growing our business by supporting other local businesses is a great way to drive our local economy while building our brand.

**What is a Cleaning Independent Contractor?**

A cleaning Independent Contractor is a professional or a company that specializes in providing cleaning services to clients, often on a contractual basis. They typically operate under a larger cleaning company or as an independent contractor. Here's what a cleaning Contractor typically does:

- **Cleaning Services**: They perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, cleaning windows, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins. The specific tasks may vary depending on the client's needs and the type of property being cleaned (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).
- **Contractual Work**: Cleaning Contractors often work on a contractual basis, either directly with clients or through a larger cleaning company. Contracts may specify the frequency of cleaning, the scope of work, and other terms such as payment schedules and cancellation policies.
- **Client Communication**: They may communicate directly with clients to understand their cleaning requirements, schedule appointments, and address any concerns or special requests. Don’t worry, we will handle this to ensure you have more time for generating income.
- **Supply Management**: Cleaning subcontractors are typically responsible for managing their cleaning supplies and equipment. This may include purchasing cleaning products, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that they have everything necessary to complete the job effectively.
- **Quality Control**: They ensure that the cleaning is performed to a high standard and meets the client's expectations. This may involve conducting inspections of the cleaned areas and making any necessary touch-ups or corrections.

**How our program works**
- You must take ownership of your business. Your availability, flexibility and quality of work will directly impact your ability to earn income as a business operator. As a partner of Been there, Cleaned that, you will also directly impact our brand and word of mouth throughout the community, so timely and clear communication with Been there, Cleaned that should be an important part of your day to day activities.
- You will need your own equipment. Vacuum, mop, hand towel,rags, broom, bucket, cleaning products & anything else you feel will help you do an A + job at each client's home. Don’t worry, we will ensure you are only subcontracted clients that meet your skill set and tools on hand.
- **Your business must be registered and insured before servicing your first client.**:

- We ask that you provide us with fixed time slots for us to schedule clients in, we will subsequently subcontract clients to you within the time slots you have committed to. This is a benefit of partnering with us as a subcontractor, we will take care of the customer contracts, in house marketing, invoicing and scheduling.
- You are encouraged to build your business by marketing and coordinating services outside of the slots you’ve provided to us. Once you find a new client, you can either leverage our program and have us add them to our program or contract them directly through YOUR own business
- Invoice us directly for all services rendered for payment Net 15. We will pay all invoices within 24 hours of receiving payment from clients. If within 15 days we have not received payment from clients we will remit the payment on their behalf to you and manage collections of amounts owing from the client when contracted through Been there, Cleaned that.
