Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team as a Sub
- Contractor. We are planning for rapid growth through April and May. As part of our plan to scale we are looking to grow our capacity to take on new business.

General Description of your role as a Cleaner

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our clients.

**Duties**:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facilities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Operate power tools and hand tools as necessary for cleaning tasks
- Perform basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Communicate with clients and respond to their cleaning needs in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for cleaning equipment or supplies

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
