Description: Course Description: Introduction to the management of business processes that convert inputs (labor, material, equipment) into outputs (goods and services) for internal and external markets. Topics include statistical forecasting, inventory management, revenue management, and service operations management. Presents modern quantitative and computing tools necessary for in-depth operational design and analysis. Position Description: All normal duties related to the design, administration and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content; supervision of teaching assistants; development, administration and marking of assignments, tests and examinations; calculation and submission of grades to university officials; holding regular student office hours and maintaining reasonable availability for student contact.
