**PRIVATE CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR**

- _ Hemisphere Capital Management Inc. is an employee owned; independent investment management firm based in Calgary. We have been a trusted partner in managing the financial assets of high-net-worth individuals/families, trusts and foundations in Western Canada since 1993.

**_The Opportunity _**:

**_Primary Responsibilities _**
- Share basic office tasks with other Administrators in the company;
- Execute client servicing tasks including account reconciliation, data entry, cash transfer requests and other ad hoc duties as assigned;
- Assist in the preparation of client meeting documents including performance reports and

Investment Policy Statements;
- Prepare marketing content, packages and presentations;
- Complete ad hoc projects as required by the firm; and
- Assist in the administration of the Hemisphere Foundation.

**_Qualifications _**
- College diploma or higher;
- Be highly organized and able to work under pressure in an environment with quickly changing priorities;
- Be a self-starter with mínimal need for supervision;
- Have a willingness to work independently in a relatively small, quiet workplace with an entrepreneurial environment;
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in the financial services industry is considered an asset;
- Customer service experience is considered an asset; and
- Completion or enrollment in the Canadian Securities Course is considered an asset.

**_Renumeration _**
- Salary and year-end performance bonus;

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
