School Profile:
Centennial PS is located at the southwest edge of Ottawa's downtown district. Its diversity; cultures, languages, staff and student body is what makes this school both special and unique. At Centennial the well-being of our students within our school community and clear sense of belonging provide the foundation of academic excellence for our students. We are a small but mighty school with a population typically over 200 students. We support the English streams K-6, Middle French 4-6 and are fortunate to have both the Primary Learning Language Disability Program (grades 1-3), and two Physical Support Program classes that support grades 1-8. Our families speak over 18 different languages at home and our school provides support to many English as a Second Language families.

Required OCT Divisional Qualifications: Primary

Required OCT Additional Qualifications: FSL Part 1

Additional Requirements (experience, knowledge, education,) for the Position: Special Education, ESL/TELL, and Kindergarten qualifications and experience would be assets for this position.
