**What you will do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts)
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results.
- Analyze and reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
- Interact with sales and marketing to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
- Work with Product Managers on Promo calendar demand
- Work closely with purchasing team and use and maintain the Demand Planning software (STIQ) as the primary forecasting system tool
- Provide input in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- Monitor/report and coordinate aging stock / demo / clearance
- Provide Suppliers with monthly purchase forecasts
- Monitor inventory on hand, locations, movements, missing, parts.

**Ce que vous ferez**:
**Responsabilités**:

- Élaborer des prévisions de la demande (prévisions opérationnelles).
- Examinez les tendances historiques des ventes, recherchez les moteurs de la demande, préparez les données prévisionnelles et évaluez les résultats prévisionnels.
- Analyser et réconcilier les écarts importants et affiner le modèle de prévision pour refléter les hypothèses mises à jour sur les ventes et le marketing.
- Interagir avec les ventes et le marketing pour obtenir et s'assurer que des informations actuelles et précises sont utilisées pour les prévisions de la demande.
- Travailler avec les chefs de produit sur la demande du calendrier promotionnel.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des achats et utiliser et maintenir le logiciel de planification de la demande (STIQ) comme principal outil du système de prévision.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies d'inventaire sur les articles existants, les nouveaux produits et les produits en fin de vie.
- Surveiller/signaler et coordonner le stock vieillissant/démonstration/dédouanement
- Fournir aux fournisseurs des prévisions d'achat mensuelles.
- Surveiller l'inventaire disponible, les emplacements, les mouvements, les pièces manquantes.
