Supply Planner
The Supply Planner ensures the organization has the right product quantities available to meet demand while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts. This role involves forecasting, inventory management, order planning, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer demands. The Supply Planner plays a critical role in maintaining a smooth flow of goods across the supply chain, meeting budgetary and efficiency targets.
Responsibilities
- Forecasting & Planning
- Create and maintain supply forecasts across multiple categories and partners.
- Collaborate with sales, demand planning, finance, and other departments to incorporate insights into inventory forecasting.
- Adjust supply plans based on seasonal fluctuations, promotional activities, or unexpected changes in demand.
- Inventory Management
- Ensure stock levels align with supply targets to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Generate and communicate risk and excess inventory reports to relevant departments.
- Perform periodic stock audits to track inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Supplier Coordination
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to align production schedules and delivery timelines with customer requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate order placements with suppliers while managing lead times.
- Track and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to lead times, quality, and cost standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and generate reports on supply performance, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment rates.
- 3PL Management
- Communicate with domestic 3PL partners for space planning and execution of inbound product receipt and inventory turnover.
- Assist in monthly inventory reconciliations between Made by Gather and 3PL partners.
Qualifications
- Background:
- 2–4 years in supply planning, inventory management, or related roles within a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, NetSuite).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Additional Requirements:
- Availability for after-hours meetings with overseas supply partners (approximately 2 per month).

Planificateur d'approvisionnement
Le Planificateur d'approvisionnement s'assure que l'organisation dispose des quantités de produits nécessaires pour répondre à la demande tout en optimisant les niveaux de stock et en minimisant les ruptures. Ce rôle implique la prévision, la gestion des stocks, la planification des commandes et la collaboration avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes pour répondre aux demandes des clients. Le Planificateur d'approvisionnement joue un rôle clé dans le maintien d'un flux de marchandises fluide tout au long de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, en respectant les objectifs budgétaires et d'efficacité.
Responsabilités
Prévisions et planification
- Créer et maintenir des prévisions d'approvisionnement pour plusieurs catégories et partenaires.
- Collaborer avec les départements des ventes, de la planification de la demande, des finances et autres pour intégrer les données dans les prévisions d'inventaire.
- Ajuster les plans d'approvisionnement en fonction des fluctuations saisonnières, des activités promotionnelles ou des changements imprévus de la demande.
Gestion des stocks
- S'assurer que les niveaux de stock sont alignés sur les objectifs d'approvisionnement pour éviter les ruptures ou les excès d'inventaire.
- Générer et communiquer des rapports sur les risques et les excédents d'inventaire aux départements concernés.
- Effectuer des audits périodiques des stocks pour suivre les niveaux d'inventaire et assurer la conformité aux politiques de l'entreprise.
Coordination des fournisseurs
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des achats et de la logistique pour aligner les calendriers de production et les délais de livraison avec les exigences des clients.
- Assurer le placement précis et opportun des commandes auprès des fournisseurs tout en gérant les délais.
- Suivre et évaluer la performance des fournisseurs pour garantir le respect des délais, de la qualité et des normes de coûts.
Analyse des données et rapports
- Analyser les données de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, identifier les tendances et générer des rapports sur la performance d'approvisionnement, la rotation des stocks et les taux de réalisation des commandes.
Gestion des partenaires 3PL
- Communiquer avec les partenaires 3PL nationaux pour la planification de l'espace et l'exécution de la réception des produits entrants et de la rotation des stocks.
- Aider aux rapprochements mensuels des inventaires entre Made by Gather et les partenaires 3PL.
Qualifications
Formation et expérience :
- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans la planification de l'approvisionnement, la gestion des stocks ou des rôles similaires dans les secteurs de la fabrication, du commerce de détail ou de la distribution.
- Diplôme universitaire en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique, administration des affaires ou un domaine connexe.
Compétences :
- Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.
- Maîtrise des systèmes ERP (par ex. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) et des logiciels de planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (par ex. Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, NetSuite).
- Excellentes compétences avancées en Excel.
- Capacité à gérer de grands ensembles de données et à en extraire des informations exploitables.
Autres exigences :
- Disponibilité pour des réunions en dehors des heures de bureau avec des partenaires d'approvisionnement internationaux (environ 2 par mois).
