**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Screen and vet potential tenants
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish
- Ensure high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent client-facing skills
- Work well in a team setting

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think logically and handle fast-paced work
- Personable with a professional demeanor
- Self-directed with a suitable work-from-home environment
- Proficient with computer skills and technology
- Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a benefit
- Experience in leasing is not required, but is a benefit

**Benefits**:

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in St. Thomas, ON N5P 1C3
