**Main Duties**:

- Assisting the immigration consultant in preparing legal documentation and case files;
- communications with the clients, vendors and authorities; and
- Perform other general and administrative duties as required
- Be familiar with different types of Canadian immigration programs, i.e. Work Permit, Startup Visa, Study Permit, Visitor Visa, Express Entry, ICT, BCPNP, SINP, AIP, AINP, NSNP, OINP, LMIA, Entrepreneur Stream of BCPNP and/or SINP

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree is required;
- A major in law or paralegal training is a significant asset;
- Previous work experience as a legal assistant, or paralegal, in immigration, is an asset;
- Outstanding proficiency in English, particularly for excellent legal writing skills is required;
- CICC License is a plus but NOT required
- Eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Farsi is mandatory;
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Capacities in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Calendar or Google systems are required.
- Minimum 2 years experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
