**Responsibilities**:

- Build positive relationships with customers
- Assists walk-in customers in our show room
- Answers phone calls
- Stocks shelves
- Fill orders
- Assists with inventory cycle counts
- Regularly lift 40lb boxes
- Work with sales team to assess a customer’s needs and requirements
- Provide product knowledge

**Job Qualifications**
- 2 years experience order desk
- Be physically fit
- Willingness to learn and continually improve
- Reliable work style with self-initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to share information with a collaborative and flexible style with all levels in the company
- Ability to follow quality services standards, comply with company rules and regulations
