Belmont is a boutique real estate development company based in Oakville, Ontario. Belmont’s activities have included interests in over $500 million dollars of real estate properties and development projects. Belmont has pivoted into residential development in a significant way with low rise, multi-unit condo and upscale rental projects in recent years and currently has 8 residential projects underway in various stages. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Leasing**:_
- Drive the leasing of a newly built modern apartment building by utilizing established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
- Track and coordinate appointments for tours
- Track and monitor traffic, leasing velocity, prospect follow-up and occupancy performance
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and that of major competition
- Inspect units to ensure readiness for move-ins

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to speak, read and write in English fluently is a must have qualification
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a customer facing sales role
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to various audiences in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work effectively across departmental lines
- Reliable transportation is required, with the ability to show evidence of a valid driver’s license and insurability.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service and sales in high end market: 2 years (preferred)
