**Job Summary**

Winterberry’s Operational Manager is seeking a personal assistant to maximize efficiency and support the functionality of the clinic. You must be multi-talented, kind, personable, reliable, and be willing to learn. A positive attitude, growth mindset, and top-notch communication and organizational skills are essential.

Expect to be part of a busy, demanding family medicine practice supported by equally talented, motivated, and interesting people. Your daily duties will be vast and will include and not be limited to:

- Cleaning of office and stocking of business supplies, computers, shelves, cupboards, desks, etc.
- Schedule maintenance
- Meeting attendance, minute taking, document preparation
- Travel arrangements/preparations
- Ordering/purchasing supplies
- Maintaining office organization
- Scanning and shredding as required
- Management of delivery services
- General building/facility repair management
- Garbage and recycling management
- Misc. light handyman tasks - change light bulbs, painting, caulking, drywall patching, etc.
- Bill payment and invoice management
- Receiving instructions from employer and executing as requested
- Provide confidential support to management
- Direct support to family physicians

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Must have Ontario driver’s license and vehicle
- Ontario Permanent Resident
- Automobile insurance and safe driving history
- First aid & CPR training preferred but not required prior to employment commencement
- Police record check

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
