Our Chef is looking to add an experienced Prep Cook to our kitchen team. This position will appeal to an individual that wants to be part of a team that produces the finest pasta products for the hospitality industry. It might also appeal to those living within the Tri-Cities area and are looking for long-term employment in a growing company. Our production facility is located on Murray Street close to Rocky Point Park.

**Responsibilities**:
The role is varied but essentially focuses on helping with raw ingredient preparation as well as preparing our fillings for pasta manufacturing. The role could include the following:

- Prepare raw ingredients for our pasta recipes.
- Work with our operations team to ensure all make to order and make to stock requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and food safety, including lot traceability and all aspects of HAACP.
- Be a part of our cooking team to prepare fillings for pasta production.
- Maintain exceptionally stringent sanitation standards in the kitchen.

**Other Considerations**:

- Full-time shifts are generally from 6:00am - 7:00am to 2:30pm - 3:30pm - Monday to Friday
