Working with a phenomenal team, you are content operating before guests arrive and after they have left to ensure the best ski conditions. Conveniently, working after opening hours also means that you are free to ski and ride during every day. You take pride in providing our guests with the best vacation and recreation experience possible.

**You will**:

- Groom, maintain and rebuild ski runs.
- Assist park crew with building and maintaining the terrain park.
- Build and maintain lift marshaling areas.
- Maintain snow levels on accesses and around all buildings.
- Communicate effectively with all departments regarding operations.
- Safely follow all operating procedures and report all safety issues to manager.
- Work cooperatively as a member of the grooming team to ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times.
- Comply with all department and company policies and procedures.
- Refuel and perform routine maintenance on machines.
- Uphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting machine, and ensure passengers wear seatbelts.

**You**:

- Have slope grooming equipment operation experience (2 seasons preferred).
- Have winch or park experience - an asset.
- Are self-motivated and able to work well with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a high level of attention to detail.
- Possess excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
- Are able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Are able to occasionally lift and carry 44 lbs/ 20 kgs.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill duties.
