**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**:

**What you will do (The Role)**:

- Review medical records to make claim outcome decisions against received invoice(s) as aligned with the Trupanion policy
- Enter data from medical records to the database
- Achieve and maintain a high level of claim accuracy and productivity
- Ability to provide an expeditious and delightful member experience

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need (Qualifications)**:

- Bilingual in French is required
- Three-plus years working in a clinical environment
- At least one year of experience providing customer service over the phone

**Skills, Knowledge & Abilities**:

- Enjoys a challenge
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to keep pace with weekly changes of processes or protocol with immediate implementation
- Efficiency multitasking at high speed while maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Independent and self-motivated work ethic

Additional Information
**Work Environment**

**Compensation**:

- The pay for this position is $28.46 an hour, on a full-time schedule. Along with the hourly pay, Trupanion employees may be eligible for uncapped monthly bonuses based on individual performance.
- We want all employees to be invested in Trupanion’s success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members. Our new hire grants vest over 4 years.
