AutoCapital Canada Inc. is part of privately-owned Canadian national financial services company with multiple verticals across automotive, consumer, and merchant lending portfolios. We manage the entire lifecycle of the finance receivable from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management and post charge-off recoveries. AutoCapital Canada works with Automobile Dealer Partners to help clients finance the purchase of new and used vehicles.

**What your day and week could look like**

Reporting to the Income and Funding Manager, a Bilingual Income Analyst plays an essential role in mitigating risk by verifying and validating consumer information specific to their affordability to repay this loan. This includes:

- Calculating applicants’ income based on documents provided using policy and rationale
- Extensive and advanced internet searches
- Verifying employment details verbally with employers
- Verifying details of consumer insolvencies, including phone interviews with Trustees
- Balancing attention between new files and follow up on outstanding files
- Handling all customer requests with service excellence in a timely manner

**What you bring**:

- One (1) to three (3) years income verification
- Fluent ability to write and speak business information in English and French
- Investigative nature with an appetite to find the truth
- Strong attention to detail and easily picks out inconsistencies
- Analytical and comfortable with math
- Ability to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Outstanding ability build rapport over the telephone
- Commitment to providing ‘Raving Fan’ customer service
- Motivation and drive towards continuous learning and growth within your role and the company
- Dependability and self-motivation
- Upbeat and results-oriented team contributions
- Experience in an Auto Finance company is an asset
