**Position Details**:
- Investigate and respond to of all regulator’s queries within specific deadlines provided by the regulators.
- Collect and review required information from the various internal and external stakeholders (LOBs, IT, HR, Vendors, adjusters, etc.) to prepare clear, consistent and accurate responses to the various regulatory queries.
- Identify the root cause of non-compliant incidents and in collaboration with the Unit Managers develop and implement corrective measures
- Continuously work to identify broken processes; develop, recommend, and implement improvements
- Provide AMF Technical training during the mandatory probationary periods for Personal and Commercial Lines trainee adjusters.
- Coordinate mandatory and optional PDU adjuster trainings within the 24 months cycle regulatory period.
- Facilitate file reviews submitted by the Ombuds Office to provide a final position on behalf of the Claims Business Unit
- Create monthly reports from various systems for data analytics such as cycle time, claims disposition, inactive file reviews, and more
Who You Are- Post-secondary education completed in a related field
- Minimum of seven years of Automobile and Property claims handling experience.
- 5a and 5b AMF license is required(Quebec)
- CIP and/or FCIP designation (asset)
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Experience working with project timelines and developing critical path objectives
- Strong Quebec claims technical acumen
