As the public face of the company a sales representative is responsible for closing sales and meeting sales targets. A sales representative is also responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A sales representative is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.

Job duties:

- greeting customers and inquiring about their wireless needs.
- offering out wireless mobile plans and devices to new and existing customers.
- finding the perfect solution for prospective customers who are interested in Freedom Mobile plans.
- offering out our wide range of accessories to customers.
- Achieving established sales targets.
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
- Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional manner while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the store.
- Working with the team to help the company achieve its sales targets.
- Constantly updating yourself with new promotions and production knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- fluency in English.
- Retail Sales experience is recommended but not required.
- A professional appearance.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to understand customers and to communicate in a positive manner.
- the ability to work well with others.
- travel flexibility as we have multiple locations across Hamilton (King St, Osler Dr, Upper James St).

We provide extensive training and one-on-one sessions to give you the tools you need to achieve your targets. We provide you with a financial roadmap so that you can be in charge of your growth. We offer a variety of compensation packages through our commission structure, bonuses, sales contests and employee appreciation program.

Pay: $132.50-$145.68 per day

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- english (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
