We’re looking for a
**Test Analyst II** to maintain as well as increase the high quality precedent level currently in place.

You will be part of a motivated and highly effective quality assurance team, take part in various projects, assessing software quality by designing and maintaining manual regression test suites. You will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and come up with solutions to ensure they do not repeat. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of product quality through exploratory and manual tests
- Collaborate with peers to share knowledge, celebrate successes, and contribute to the overall culture
- Actively strive to increase the quality threshold with innovative ideas and creative problem solving
- Define and implement test strategies across multiple projects and teams
- Suggest ways to improve our products, refining existing approaches and suggesting new ones where appropriate.
- Work with Software Engineers and other QA members on crafting a successful strategy to create and implement BDD
- Take initiative and work in a collaborative environment, ensuring you maintain open lines of communication with other team members
- Ensure releases are executed effectively by orchestrating and monitoring deployments to confirm their success

**Requirements and Experience**:

- 2+ years of professional experience testing web UIs or web APIs
- Experience working with Jira, TeamCity is an asset
- Excellent understanding of software engineering, test methodologies and automation tools
- Background experience in manual testing, test organization, test execution and reportingUnderstanding of CI/CD processes and tools
- Effective cross-functional communication
- Passion for improving products and can handle large projects independently with little supervision.
- You can translate technical requirements and quickly action on well-constructed test plans
- A passion for finding issues and working with developers to find solutions to issues
