**Résumé du poste**
La personne est responsable de la gestion des comptes clés en mettant l'accent sur la croissance de la part du portefeuille de Parts Town Canada. Il/Elle génère un volume élevé de ventes rentables tout en atteignant une pénétration maximale du marché. Le/La titulaire communiquera directement avec les clients actuels et potentiels, comprendra leurs besoins individuels et recommandera des solutions qui maximisent la valeur. Il/Elle maintiendra et développera la base de données des clients potentiels qualifiés et émettra un compte rendu des progrès réalisés lors des réunions de vente hebdomadaires. Il/Elle surveillera activement les comptes à risques et prendra des mesures de rétention proactives et correctives pour assurer le succès. Le/La titulaire du poste est organisé(e), passionné(e) par les relations avec les clients et soucieux d'améliorer l'expérience client.
**Aperçu du poste**
- Vendre les solutions de Parts Town Canada aux clients " nouveaux " et " existants " en mettant l'accent sur les revenus potentiels existants et les nouveaux revenus nets, le principal objectif étant d'atteindre les objectifs de revenus mesurés mensuellement/annuellement, déterminés et assignés par l'entreprise.
- Effectuer des appels de présentation aux clients potentiels afin de comprendre leurs problèmes et d'identifier des solutions.
- Prospecter, développer et qualifier les clients potentiels selon les exigences et réalise des opportunités de vente de haute qualité.
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients
- Établir et entretenir des relations avec les principaux clients existants et prospecter régulièrement de nouvelles affaires.
- Résoudre les problèmes ou les préoccupations en temps opportun et de manière professionnelle.
- Examiner les comptes en perte de vitesse et élaborer des plans d'action pour relever les défis, surmonter les obstacles et faire face à la concurrence, le cas échéant.
- Gérer efficacement la rentabilité, en négociant les prix avec les clients.
- Fournir régulièrement des rapports de ventes et des mises à jour à la direction sur l'activité et les progrès des ventes.
- Effectuer des évaluations du marché concurrentiel pour comprendre les opportunités de distribution et créer des liens avec les clients afin d'élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des plans d'affaires visant à développer les activités des clients.
- Préparer les revues trimestrielles des affaires et les présenter aux clients afin d'identifier les opportunités commerciales.
- Identifier de manière proactive les opportunités de conversion des transactions numériques en promouvant les capacités de Parts Town
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente pour construire et conclure des affaires, et interagir avec la direction générale sur les mises à jour de la stratégie
**Ce que nous recherchons**
- Diplôme d'études secondaires terminé au minimum
- Un diplôme d'études supérieures en commerce, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente commerciale (d'entreprise à entreprise, distributeur de pièces de préférence)
- Une connaissance de l'industrie de l'équipement de restauration commerciale et des tendances est préférable
- Expérience de MS Office et d'un système CRM ou ERP.
**Exigences particulières du poste**
- Des déplacements seront nécessaires et représenteront jusqu'à 40 % du temps (principalement au travers le Canada, mais aussi aux États-Unis).

**Position Summary**:
The individual is responsible for key account management with focus on wallet share growth at Parts Town Canada. They will generate high-volume, profitable sales while achieving maximum market penetration. The incumbent will communicate directly with customers and prospects, understand their individual needs and recommend solutions that maximize value. They will maintain and expand the database of prospects, qualified leads, customers and report on current progress at weekly sales meetings. They will actively monitor accounts at risk and take proactive and remedial retention measures for success. The incumbent will be organized, passionate about customer relations, and focused on enhancing the customer experience.
