Project Lead-social Purpose Enterprise

Responsibilities:
Direct Services:
- Develop and implement the plan for the "License to Clean" program in alignment with the organization's goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholder.
- Collaborating with the team in identifying individuals that might be interested in this role.
- Oversee the design and development of the "License to Clean" program, ensuring it meets social, environmental, and economic objectives.
- Manage the program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and transparently.
- Establish metrics for success and regularly assess program impact, adjusting as needed.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of the program.
- Develop a marketing and outreach campaign, and outreach materials to engage the client group
- Work closely with community organizations to identify cleaning needs in the area.
- Plan and organize community cleanup events or initiatives to promote cleanliness.

- Address any issues or concerns promptly, providing coaching or corrective action when necessary.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Graduate/Diploma of a recognized college or University with eligibility for registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
- Minimum three years experience working with individuals with mental health and addictions
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional negotiating skills
- Valid Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract and access to a vehicle
- Current CPR/First Aid certificate
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Solid leadership skills
- Strong report writing and funding proposals
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Business knowledge an asset
- Strong financial management
- Ability to provide training and education to employees.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
