**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate Leads**: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their renovation needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- **Provide Solutions**: Offer expert advice and recommendations on renovation projects, including design options, materials, and timelines.
- **Prepare Estimates**: Create detailed project estimates based on client requirements, ensuring accuracy and transparency in pricing.
- **Present Proposals**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's services, expertise, and value proposition.
- **Negotiate Contracts**: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement on project scope, timelines, and costs.
- **Close Sales**: Close sales deals by addressing client concerns, overcoming objections, and securing signed contracts.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Record Keeping**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details using CRM software or other designated systems.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth advertising.
- **Attend Industry Events**: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expand professional connections.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on product knowledge, construction techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the construction or renovation industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and address their needs.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry trends.
- Ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and handle objections with clients.
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Computer knowledge including know how to draft a simple floor plan for the customer, know how to maintain the customer database

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday (Mandatory sales meeting including )

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Pay**:
Our sales representative earned between $80k and over $160 k per year

Fixed Monthly Allowance$1000 + Commission (Your main income base on commission)
