**Local Marketing Specialist**

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Retail Experience

Location: Vancouver, BC

We are looking for an experienced Local Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the COBS Bread Marketing Team in our Vancouver Support Office. This position will provide strategic Marketing Plans for 160+ bakeries across Canada.

Key responsibilities include:

- Local Store Marketing strategy utilizing custom packages to support bakery opportunities and omni-channel marketing tactics such as paid and organic digital, media, and loyalty communication
- Develop Bakery Opening and Renovation Marketing plans
- Oversee Community Marketing initiatives including national fundraisers and End of Day Giving Program efforts
- Manage Operations Team training on Marketing Efforts at a bakery level
- Accurately report and analyze on Marketing Programs throughout evolution, to post-evaluation
- Support Marketing Coordinator in Local Marketing Programs, Local Marketing Toolkit, and Franchisee and Operations Team inquiries
- Manage Local Marketing fund
- Manage key agency relationships to drive effectives to Local Marketing strategies
- Marketing Projects and all other duties assigned as required

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a specialist role strategizing omni-channel Marketing Programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing administrative functions and processes in an office environment
- Pro-active work approach demonstrating high level of initiative and urgency
- Maintain a high level of customer service with a positive and professional attitude
- Knowledge of Retail and/or Franchising is an asset
