**What we are Looking for**:
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Technical Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting across diverse IT environments. In this role, you will engage with clients both onsite and remotely to address and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operation and support for all end-users. Strong hands-on technical expertise and effective communication skills are essential, as you will also work closely with other technicians in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide tier 2/3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain client IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, workstations, and cloud services.
- Assist with the implementation of IT projects, such as system migrations, network upgrades, and security enhancements.
- Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of client environments.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and assist in implementing security measures.
- Document client environments, issues, and solutions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve internal processes and technical solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide forward-thinking solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or system/network administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and firewall configurations.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Exposure to cybersecurity practices and technologies, such as endpoint protection and intrusion detection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and documentation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Familiarity with PSA and RMM tools, such as ConnectWise or Datto.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for task automation.

Pay: $55,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
