**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- On-site and remote endpoint hardware technical support and upgrades
- On-site and remote operating system and software support and upgrades
- Setup and installation of new hardware
- Monitor, respond and document incidents in ITSM platform
- Follow up with end users after troubleshooting
- Provide support and maintenance for site networking infrastructure
- Deliver end-user training on IT services, process and equipment when required
- Update and maintain relevant documentation & knowledge base regarding IT processes, systems, issues and inventory
- Help promote an IT environment that is focused on security by design, education, & communication
- Assist with re-locating IT equipment to new offices as required
- Support with other duties and projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Recommended for those with 0-3 years of experience working in an IT support role
- Relevant IT certification/diploma/degree or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft environment including Office 365
- Knowledge of evolving IT industry trends and best practices
- Windows operating systems, hardware and network certifications considered an asset
- Working knowledge of iOS considered an asset
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Azure File Share considered an asset
- Working Knowledge of wireless networks, switches, routers and hardware firewall appliances considered an asset
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles considered an asset
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize as necessary
- Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Professional manner and good customer service and interpersonal skills
- English-language skills required, French bilingualism considered an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
