**QA Field Manager (Full-Time) - Sarnia, ON**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Linde’s compliance with Canadian Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Lead compliance of internal policies and external regulations at Linde’s Merchant facilities.
- Participate in the process validation.
- Conduct QA Training and coaching of personnel.
- Communicate regularly with facilities in a lead support role.
- Conduct annual self-assessments, assist with third-party QA assessments of facilities and support the facilities in the completion of action plan items.
- Ensure the completion of investigations and the root cause analysis associated with quality incidents and lead action plans associated with quality incidents.
- Help troubleshoot quality upsets and assist in the determination of the product disposition as necessitate.
- Become familiar with the analytical equipment used by the facilities.
- Provide insight and recommend actions of assessment findings to improve the quality system.
- Identify trend performance of facilities and suppliers.

**Educational & Technical Experience**:

- Bachelor of Engineer or Bachelor of Science (or Technical Diploma in Engineering in a related discipline) or equivalent.
- Experience with reading and understanding P&ID and process flow diagrams.
- Experience in technical writing and in reading/understanding contract language.
- Experience in interpreting Health Canada regulations.
- Experience in working with a ISO9000 or equivalent quality program.

**Other Considerations**:

- Strong safety culture.
- 25% travel; 24-7 on-call availability.
- Very detail oriented and able to manage and prioritize time.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to succeed.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with computer software e.g. Sharewaves, word processing and spread sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to have a positive impact working in a team production environment.
- Bilingual French/English preferred.
