**Logistics Coordinator Role**:This position plays an important role in our sales and customer service reputation. Our Logistics Coordinator collaborates well with our suppliers and order fulfillment team, to ensure that customers have a seamlessly professional purchase experience. Our Logistics Coordinator takes pride in the management of shipping, receiving and overseeing our equipment maintenance.

**The Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Organize and oversee the proactive maintenance of trucks and yard equipment
- Ensure smooth and efficient scheduling of deliveries (including dispatch of third-party trucks)
- Matches inventory with orders received, arranging for purchase/pick up of new inventory as required
- Keep on top of daily changes to availability of product, trucks, site access and available resources
- Ensures that all Yard Workers and Truck Drivers follow safety policies and procedures at all times
- Communicates directly with customers or construction site managers when appropriate to ensure seamless service expectations are delivered

**The Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience at logistics coordination - min 3 years relevant experience
- Mechanically inclined and savvy with minor/common forklift/loader repairs and problem diagnosis
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high attention-to-detail logistics-based position
- Fluent in English: Reading, Verbal, Writing
- Willing, available and enthusiastic to work early mornings thru early evenings in peak season
