**RESPONSABILITÉS**

**1. Lancement du projet**
- Travailler avec les parties prenantes pour élaborer des analyses de rentabilité
- Travailler avec les dirigeants pour obtenir l'approbation des chartes de projet

**2. Planification et exécution du projet**:

- Diriger des équipes de projet interfonctionnelles dans l'exécution de projets techniques et d'initiatives d'expansion commerciale.
- Identifier et communiquer les relations de dépendance
- Gérer les dates d'étape et faire remonter les tâches en retard.
- Ajuster les échéances et les calendriers lorsque des problèmes ou des obstacles entravent les progrès.

**3. Gestion des parties prenantes**:

- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes, y compris les équipes de développement, les unités opérationnelles et la direction générale, afin de définir les objectifs et les exigences du projet.
- Communiquer chaque semaine aux parties prenantes l'état d'avancement du projet, les risques et les problèmes

**4. Gestion des ressources**:

- Suivre et gérer efficacement les ressources afin d'assurer la livraison du projet dans les délais et dans le respect du budget.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de service et les cadres de l'entreprise pour identifier et combler les lacunes en matière de ressources.

**5. Gestion des risques et des problèmes**:

- Identifier de manière proactive les risques liés au projet et élaborer des stratégies d'atténuation.
- Mettre en œuvre des processus de gestion des risques, avec un suivi des risques, afin de minimiser les perturbations du projet.
- Créer une stratégie de gestion des problèmes afin d'évaluer, d'attribuer les responsabilités, de définir la résolution souhaitée et de suivre les progrès accomplis.

**6. Amélioration continue**:

- Procéder à un examen approfondi des projets afin d'identifier les domaines susceptibles d'être améliorés.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (gestion de projet, administration des affaires, etc.).
- Sept (7) ans d'expérience ou plus en tant que chef de projet dans le secteur des technologies de l'information et de la communication.
- Solide compréhension des méthodologies et des outils de gestion de projet.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Certification de professionnel de la gestion de projet (PMP).
- Expérience des méthodologies Agile / Scrum.
- Compétences en matière de Jira et de solutions logicielles Microsoft
- Connaissance des technologies financières et des tendances du secteur.
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'espagnol.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Project Initiation**
- Work with stakeholders to generate Business Cases
- Work with executives to gain approval for Project Charters
- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead cross-functional project teams in the execution of technical projects and business expansion initiatives.
- Identify and communicate dependency relationships
- Manage to Milestone dates and escalate tasks that are overdue
- Adjust timelines and schedules when Issues or Blockers inhibit progress
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including development teams, business units, and senior management, to define project objectives and requirements.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders weekly.
- **Resource Management**:

- Track and manage resources efficiently to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Work closely with department managers and company executives to identify and address resource gaps.
- **Risk and Issue Management**:

- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement risk management processes, with risk log tracking to minimize project disruptions.
- Create an Issue Management strategy to score, assign responsibility, define desired resolution, and track progress.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Conduct thorough project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.).
- Seven (7)+ years experience as a Project Manager in the Fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
