England Lam is a boutique family law firm serving clients throughout the province and abroad in relation to their family law matters in British Columbia. We pride ourselves on championing the interests of our clients with clarity, integrity, expertise and compassion.

Our boutique family law firm is seeking a paralegal to join our team.
- File management; including daily filing, file organization
- Drafting various Pleadings and court documents and preparation of Lists of Documents
- Prioritizing and diarizing workflow to ensure completion of accurate work to meet deadlines
- Performing complex editing and formatting of correspondence and court documents
- Communicating and drafting correspondence with clients, opposing counsel and court
- Billing and time-entry
- General administrative tasks

**Qualifications**
- Paralegal Diploma or Certificate and minimum 2 years’ experience
- Work experience at a family law firm an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, attentive to detail and has the ability to prioritize efficiently
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure to meet important deadlines
- Practice sound discretion and judgment at all times
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, experience with Quickbooks and Clio an asset

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
